Michael Brady Lynch to Lecture on Pradaxa Bleeding Dangers

It looks like the bleeding risks of the drug Pradaxa is going to be taking up a lot of my time over the next few years. Pradaxa is truly an awful case of corporate malfeasance and putting profits over patient safety.
One aspect of a successful case against the pharmaceutical giants is the effective collaboration between plaintiff attorneys. Huge pharmaceutical corporations have billions of dollars at their disposal to defend their dangerous drugs.  Although Pradaxa manufacturer Boehringer Ingelheim has acknowledged that Pradaxa has been associated with more than 260 deaths in the last two years, the company will stop at nothing to keep Pradaxa on the market. As of April 2012, eight Pradaxa lawsuits have been filed by victims of injury and death related to Pradaxa bleeding. These claims have been filed against Pradaxa manufacturer Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, an irresponsible company that still has not recalled Pradaxa from the market despite the huge risk of Pradaxa bleeding dangers.
Boehringer Ingelheim is a pharmaceutical juggernaut and Pradaxa is one of their most important drugs from an economic standpoint. This, in turn, will serve as an incentive to the company to invest tens of millions of dollars in the defense of Pradaxa and keep Pradaxa on the market as along as possible. One of the ways trial lawyers combat this uneven playing field in terms of resources is by assembling a core group of plaintiff attorneys that combine knowledge, expertise, and capital to spearhead the litigation against Pradaxa. My firm has been involved in Pradaxa litigation since Pradaxa bleedings dangers first came to the attention of regulators in the US and overseas.

It was a perfect example of how a core group of plaintiff attorneys can come together and work collaboratively for mutual benefit in Pradaxa litigation.
This week I will be traveling to Las Vegas for the seminar Mass Torts Made Perfect. I have been lecturing at Mass Torts Made Perfect for over 10 years and it is always a first-class operation.
