  • Plaintiff’s Executive Committee (“PEC”) in California coordinated Pradaxa litigation JCCP 4863, ongoing litigation representing victims of Pradaxa uncontrollable bleeding events post-MDL settlement.
  • Plaintiff’s Leadership Committee (“PLC”) of In re Pradaxa Connecticut State Court Consolidated Proceeding, ongoing litigation representing victims of Pradaxa uncontrollable bleeding events post-MDL settlement.
  • Plaintiff’s Steering Committee (“PSC”) of In re Viagra Products Liability Litigation MDL #2691, representing victims of melanoma associated with the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra.

Personal Bio

Born in New York City to Irish-American parents, Michael is proud of his dual citizenship with both the US and Ireland. Residing now in the Baldwin Park neighborhood of Orlando, FL, Michael is active in his local community and is frequently seen about town in the company of his beautiful wife Rachel, their wonderful daughter Ava Christina and their dogs Panda and Persimmon, both Cardigan Welsh Corgis, and rescue mix-breed Coree. He serves on the Executive Board of Jack in the Park benefiting the Special Olympics of Florida and is a sponsor of the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando. In 2017, Michael was a finalist for the American Association of Justice’s Trial Lawyers Care award. He enjoys volunteering at the dog-friendly Lake Baldwin Park in Winter Park, FL. Michael is a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. He enjoys reading and travel and is a passionate fan of the NY Mets, NY Jets, and professional boxing and mixed martial arts (MMA).
