In 2017, Brandon Salter, Esq. had the privilege of joining the Michael Brady Lynch Firm and is currently taking on cases in the hair relaxers and straighteners litigation. Brandon is an attorney at The Michael Brady Lynch Firm. He graduated cum laude from the University of Florida. While in Gainesville, Florida, he worked at the Eighth Circuit Guardian Ad Litem to help abused and neglected children in parental rights cases.
Upon admission to Barry Law in 2016, he received the Dean’s Excellence Full Scholarship. As a 2L, Brandon became the published author of “Beating the Law School Curve: A Blueprint to 1L Success.” It has sold thousands of copies and is available on Amazon. Additionally, he is the co-author of “Section 230 Immunity,” which was published in the Winter 2020 law review edition of the William H. Bowen School of Law. Additionally, Brandon went on to obtain an LLM specializing in taxation from Washington University School of Law.
Brandon manages the firm’s Mass Torts and Personal Injury Departments including Zantac, Paragard, Elmiron and clergy abuse, sexual abuse, and human trafficking litigations, such as Boy Scouts of America and Catholic archdiocese cases. He also has extensive experience in NEC baby formula cases, Truvada, Elmiron, Paraquat, Xarelto, Pradaxa, Attune Knee Replacement, Invokana, Cypass Stent and Hernia Mesh.
In addition to managing the Mass Tort and personal injury department, Brandon is the chief author of the website blog for The Michael Brady Lynch firm and for the Orlando Accident attorney, which is the latest iteration for personal injury claims at The Michael Brady Lynch Firm.
Brandon is admitted to practice in Missouri and Washington, D.C. and North Carolina.
