This premier event is the twirling equivalent of the Olympic Games and features nearly 200 elite athletes from 15 countries.

Male and female athletes from around the globe train for years to earn the opportunity to compete in the World Baton Twirling Championships. Michael Brady Lynch believes that sports like baton twirling give many athletes a chance to learn about discipline, perseverance, victory and even defeat. The self-esteem gained by baton twirling lasts a lifetime. This is why Michael Brady Lynch was happy to be able to donate $350 worth of items to help the 34th World Baton Championship. These included palm trees and plants decorating the competition area along with water and snacks for the practicing athletes. The last time the United States hosted this amazing competition was 2005.
