A cook at Hollywood Studios has filed a Disney sexual harassment lawsuit after the company fired her for filing a sexual harassment complaint against her supervising chef. The woman is seeking help after her unjust job loss and harassment.

A woman prep cook at Hollywood Brown Derby in Disney’s Hollywood Studios filed a federal discrimination suit after her chef supervisor harassed her by touching her inappropriately and making crude jokes. The woman described the man unnecessarily touching her. For example, he would stand behind her and guide her arms while she stirred food.
Disney’s response was transferring the chef so he stopped supervising women. However, the management began to target her for the complaint. They falsified work records and purposely created scheduling errors When she complained, Disney fired her. Now, she is filing suit against the company.
