AAJ Honors Attorney Michael Brady Lynch for His Charitable Contributions
The American Association for Justice (AAJ) honored Attorney Michael Brady Lynch as a 2017 Trial Lawyers Care Finalist. Michael was honored for his commitment to charities not just in Florida but also around the globe. This is a highly selective award. The AAJ only gives it to an attorney who demonstrates a commitment to serving the community as a trial lawyer while fostering positive relationships that benefit the public through volunteer opportunities.
Michael Brady Lynch is thankful to be able to give to such a great organization like The Special Olympics Florida, one of Michael Brady Lynch’s personal favorite charitable causes. Michael Brady Lynch is a yearly sponsor of various Special Olympics Florida events. Last year, he generously donated $7,500 to the Jack in the Park. Held in Winter Park, Jack in the Park has raised over $1 million for Special Olympics athletes in the state of Florida. The event is a unique experience. It features the finest Central Florida restaurants, premier entertainment along with an exciting blackjack tournament
Michael doesn’t just give to The Special Olympics Florida, but also to Pet Alliance of Greater Florida. He and his firm strive to give a voice to those unable to speak for themselves. Just like people, animals desperately need someone to stand up for them and be that voice. Michael graciously offered to be that voice by donating his time and $2,500 to the Central Florida animal shelter.
Another local charity Michael couples with is the Notre Dame Club of Greater Orlando. Both organizations work together to raise money for community organizations like New Hope for Kids. New Hope for Kids delivers support to children and families grieving the death of a loved one. Their Grief Support Program provides a safe and supportive environment. It is where those grieving can share their experience in a safe space supported by others facing the same feelings of loss. This is a unique opportunity for children to begin and continue their grief journey in a healing environment.
Additionally, it isn’t just charities in Central Florida that Michael helps. He also partnered with a local animal rescue in Los Angeles along with Feeding Children Everywhere. Feeding Children Everywhere began in 2010 with a mere $9,000 and a passion for assembling healthy meals for hungry children. With a dedication to four simple ingredients (lentils, rice, dehydrated vegetables and pink Himalayan salt) and the recruitment of a large volunteer army, Feeding Children Everywhere has fed over 44 million people nationally in just 6 years. The organization is so committed to the cause that when they receive a donation, 90% returns directly back into the meal program.
The Michael Brady Lynch Firm is proud to collaborate with Feeding Children Everywhere and donated $1,000 to help the local Hunger Project in Orlando feed underprivileged children in Seminole, Orange, Osceola, and Volusia County schools.
Lawyers are an integral part of the community. They are the watchdogs of American society – being the voice to those who cannot speak. Lawyers stand up for those who do not have the courage to do so by themselves. And Michael Brady Lynch is a person with insurmountable integrity who continues to try and give to the world around him.
