Michael Brady Lynch to Speak at 360 Advocacy Institute Seminar
Today I received a very nice invitation to serve on the faculty at the 360 Advocacy Institute’s seminar “Medical School for Plaintiff’s Lawyers” to be held in Vegas on October 23-25 at the Encore. This will be my second seminar trip to Vegas in two weeks! Last week was spent at Mass Torts Made Perfect in meetings and strategy sessions involving Actos bladder cancer cases, SSRI birth defects, and Fosamax femur fracture cases.
This will be my second time speaking for the 360 Advocacy Institute. I had previously spoken at their seminar last spring in Chicago on Topamax litigation. Apart from the fun and challenge of teaching other attorneys about pharmaceutical litigation, seminars such as the 360 Advocacy Institute’s seminar “Medical School for Plaintiff’s Lawyers” allow me to spend time with some great colleagues like my friend Mark DiCello from the DiCello Law Firm in Ohio. Mark is a great attorney as well as a super guy. He and his firm have had some tremendous success in litigating trucking accidents and mass tort cases and I encourage anyone who has been injured in Ohio to contact Mark through his firm website at http://www.dicellolaw.com/.
