Motion Filed to Consolidate Actos Bladder Cancer Cases in Illinois
This is Michael Brady Lynch, lead attorney for The Michael Brady Lynch Firm.
I think this is a good development.
In a somewhat unorthodox move given the relatively small number of cases on file, a motion to consolidate Actos bladder cancer cases for pre-trial proceedings and discovery before Judge G. Patrick Murphy in the Southern District of Illinois was recently filed.
As my readers are aware, I have been very active in Actos bladder cancer cases. I have heard nothing but good things about Judge Murphy, so if the MDL winds up in his hands, I think that will be a good sign for the litigation. I will keep everyone posted as developments occur in this regard.
