Michael Brady Lynch Appointed Chair of Nexium Litigation Group
Today was another busy day at the American Association for Justice’s Annual Convention in New York City. Of special note, I was honored with the appointment as Chair of the Nexium / Proton Pump Inhibitor Litigation Group. Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPI) like Nexium and Prilosec have been associated with severe bone breaks after long-term use (over one year). Unfortunately, many users of PPI drugs have been on such medications for five years or more. I encourage anyone on a PPI such as Nexium or Prilosec to consult with their doctor about options for treatment.
