Tessah Ceballos, Firm Administrator/Paralegal
Tessah Ceballos is the Firm Administrator and Mass Tort Paralegal at The Michael Brady Lynch Firm.
Tessah began her paralegal career in 1987 and worked for ten years in the family and dependency law field. In 2004, she decided to explore the field of business and gained valuable experience in acquisition, integration, project management and small business portfolio management.
Tessah resumed her paralegal career in 2014 as a civil litigation paralegal assisting with drafting litigation documents, filing new cases, discovery and records production, commercial evictions, and business sales. She earned her Associate degree from Valencia Community College.
As Firm Administrator at The Michael Brady Lynch Firm, Tessah utilizes her diverse skill set in managing the administrative operations of the firm, including supervising all non-attorney personnel; evaluating and managing the firm’s operating and information systems; overseeing the firm’s finance functions; assisting in the marketing of the Firm’s legal services and client development activities; and evaluating, managing and supervising the facilities of the firm. Tessah functions as the senior paralegal and specializes in anticoagulants. She currently is assigned to the Pradaxa, Xarelto, Eliquis, Onglyza, Invokana, Essure, Zofran and Viagra litigation teams; where she is responsible for handling the Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) matters in multiple courts throughout the country.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking with her husband, climbing and playing with her six-year-old daughter. Tessah coaches baton and dance in Osceola County. She also is a Judging Official at the State, Regional and National levels in the Sport of Baton Twirling.
