Sharlene Medrano, Senior Paralegal
Sharlene Medrano is senior mass torts paralegal at The Michael Brady Lynch Firm. Originally from New Jersey and of Puerto Rican decent, Sharlene moved to Florida shortly after her graduation from high school as an Honor Student. She is fluent in Spanish.
In 2011, Sharlene answered the call to serve our country and enlisted in the US Army Reserves. As an 88M SPC, she was stationed in Lakeland, Florida with the 993rd Transportation Unit. After her training, Sharlene was deployed to Afghanistan and worked for the 117th Combat Support Sustainment Battalion out of New Jersey. With the Battalion Sharlene prepared reports and presentations for the 45th Sustainment Brigade and developed a comprehensive schedule for convoy loads that served as a central resupply hub.
Following her tour in Afghanistan and her return to Central Florida, Sharlene gave birth to her beautiful baby girl April Isabella. In addition to her duties as mother and paralegal, Sharlene also is a full-time student at Valencia College, working towards a Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering.
At The Michael Brady Lynch Firm, Sharlene uses the organizational skills she developed in the Army and serves as a senior paralegal concentrating on Pradaxa, Trans-Vaginal Mesh, Lipitor and SSRI Birth Defect litigations. She coordinates support staff in the ordering of medical records, schedules depositions, and court appearances, prepares complaints about filing in state and federal court and answers client inquiries.
Sharlene attends Faith Assembly Church in Orlando. In her free time, Sharlene enjoys spending time with and reading to her daughter.
