Erica attended the University of Florida under a Bright Futures Florida Academic Scholarship and was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 2010. Erica continued her education at Barry University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor in 2013, graduating 11 out of 172 students and in the top 6.5% of her law school class. She is admitted to practice in Florida.
While in law school, Erica received the book award (the highest grade in the class) in Civil Procedure, Legal Research and Writing, Property, Evidence and Criminal Law. She served as the Senior Editor 2012-2013 and Associate Editor 2011-2012 of the Barry Law Review. In the Fall 2012, Erica had the privilege of serving as a legal intern at the Supreme Court of Florida with the Honorable Jorge Labarga.
At The Michael Brady Lynch Firm, Erica concentrates her practice on pharmaceutical mass torts and complex products liability litigation, with an emphasis on Xarelto bleeding injuries, GranuFlo and Testosterone cardiac cases, Mirena IUD complications and Lipitor diabetes cases. She is an active member of The American Association for Justice. In her spare time, Eric enjoys the dog park with her 1-year-old Mini Australian Shepherd named Lily and is a regular at Florida Gators home football games.
